Putting it all together can be a challenge. Practicing our mental health is one of the best pathways to better well-being. With consistent action over time, we can begin to shape our perspectives, giving ourselves the opportunities to live a life full of curiosity, discovery, and fulfillment.
Services are provided in person, or via telehealth. I work with clients who want to focus on overall well-being, those who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. With individuals, talk-therapy, EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness, and Somatic based strategies are the main interventions I like to work with. The Gottman method is used working with couples.
I love the learning process from both the teacher and student perspectives. I love learning and growing and helping others do the same. As a LPC Supervisor, I seek to create a learning environment for LPC Candidates that promotes a lifelong learning philosophy founded in curiosity and discovery. Helping others implement this aspect into their counseling practice is my main goal and why I chose to become a LPC Supervisor.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma, license #6987, and an approved LPC Supervisor. I have experience working in the public school systems, inpatient mental health/addiction facilities, and in private practice.
